In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise.

To register and maintain an Account on ko155, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ko155 operates a strict 21+ policy and will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to open or maintain an Account.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. ko155 is designed and operated specifically for the Indonesian market.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Persons who are legally prohibited from entering into contracts may not register an Account.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on ko155. Opening duplicate, multiple, or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of any employee or contractor of ko155 or its affiliated companies.
• Own Funds: You must only bet with funds that belong to you. Using funds obtained illegally, or on behalf of a third party, is strictly prohibited.

When registering an Account on ko155, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension.

• Registration Information: You must provide your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card, KTP), date of birth, valid Indonesian mobile phone number, and a unique email address.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. ko155 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify ko155 support immediately.
• KYC Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, ko155 will require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a clear copy of your KTP and, where requested, a selfie holding the document. Processing of withdrawal requests will be paused until KYC is complete.
• Account Updates: You must notify ko155 promptly if any of your registration details change. Updates can be submitted through the Account dashboard or via customer support.
• Account Transfers: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any Account balance to any other person.

All transactions on ko155 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ko155 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels:

• Deposit Limits: The minimum single deposit is Rp 10.000. ko155 reserves the right to set maximum deposit thresholds on a per-player or per-promotion basis.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, seven days a week). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next available window.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. ko155 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Currency: ko155 does not accept foreign currency deposits. All funds must be transferred in IDR. Any conversion costs imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly administration fee of Rp 50.000 may be applied to dormant Accounts with a positive balance, until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a deposit made to ko155 without first contacting ko155 support is a breach of these Terms & Conditions. ko155 reserves the right to recover the full amount of any chargeback through legal means.

ko155 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page and to the general bonus rules set out in this clause.

• Welcome Bonus: The ko155 welcome bonus is available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit. Eligibility, bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, and wagering requirements are detailed on the promotion page and may change at any time without prior notice.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated on the promotion page, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 10 times (10x) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Bets placed on certain game categories (including but not limited to certain table games and live dealer games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the period specified on the relevant promotion page will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the Account without notice.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim a given bonus only once. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via duplicate Accounts or through other means constitutes fraud and will result in Account suspension.
• Bonus Abuse: ko155 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, withhold associated winnings, and suspend Accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, collusion, use of automated betting software, or any strategy designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonus offers.
• Seasonal Promotions: ko155 may offer special promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and other occasions. These promotions are governed by their own specific terms and are subject to availability.

All bets placed and games played on ko155 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product. General rules that apply across all ko155 betting and gaming products are set out below.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is confirmed only when ko155's systems have accepted and recorded it. In the event of a disconnection or technical fault between placing and confirmation, ko155's server records shall be the definitive source of truth.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Stake limits vary by sport, market, game type, and Player account status. ko155 reserves the right to restrict maximum stakes on any market or game at any time.
• Obvious Errors: ko155 reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome that results from a manifest error in pricing, odds, or game configuration. Players who knowingly exploit an obvious error will have their Accounts reviewed and may be suspended.
• Sportsbook: All football markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and AFF Cup fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official match result at the end of regulation time (90 minutes plus injury time), unless the market rules explicitly state otherwise. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the bet to be paid; a single void leg reduces the parlay accordingly per published rules.
• Live Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted at ko155's sole discretion. ko155 may suspend live betting markets at any time, including during periods of high uncertainty (e.g., VAR reviews, injury stoppages, red-card situations).
• RNG Games: All slot and table game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing laboratories. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game events (cards dealt, wheel spins) conducted in real time in a licensed studio. Any dispute regarding a live casino outcome must be raised within 24 hours of the game session ending.

ko155 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and ensuring that the platform remains a safe and enjoyable environment for all Players. The following tools and policies are available to every ko155 Account holder.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the Account dashboard. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. ko155 will prevent further betting activity once the threshold is reached.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks via the Account dashboard or by contacting support.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling has become problematic may request indefinite self-exclusion. A self-excluded Account cannot be reactivated for a minimum of six (6) months. After this period, reactivation requires a formal request and a 24-hour review.
• Reality Checks: ko155 may send periodic in-session notifications reminding Players of time spent and amounts wagered during the current session.

ko155 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Being under 21 years of age or otherwise failing the eligibility criteria in Clause 2.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the platform.
• Evidence of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or use of automated betting software (bots).
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals.
• Bonus abuse as described in Clause 5.
• Any conduct that ko155 reasonably believes constitutes a violation of applicable law.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward ko155 staff or other Players.

In the event of Account termination for cause, ko155 reserves the right to withhold Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real-money deposits may be returned at ko155's discretion following a fraud review. Players who believe their Account has been suspended in error may appeal by contacting support at [email protected].

All content on the ko155 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, betting odds compilations, and the ko155 brand identity — is the intellectual property of ko155 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any ko155 content without prior written permission.
• You may not use any ko155 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written consent.
• Screen-scraping, data-mining, or the use of any automated tool to extract data from ko155 is strictly prohibited.
• Game software provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used by ko155 under licence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ko155 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform, including:

ko155 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

• ko155 uses industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the ko155 servers.
• ko155 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
• ko155 may share data with regulated third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification services, fraud prevention tools) strictly as required to deliver the Services.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by ko155, subject to applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law. ko155 operates as a trusted and secure international platform and does not make representations regarding the legality of online betting under any specific national jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ko155 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. ko155 makes no warranty that the Services are legal or available in every jurisdiction where Players may seek to access them.

• Dispute Process: In the event of a dispute, Players must first contact ko155 support in writing at [email protected], providing full details of the complaint. ko155 aims to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of receipt.
• Escalation: If a dispute cannot be resolved through the standard support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any other remedy.
• Finality of Decisions: ko155's decision on the settlement of any bet or game outcome is final, subject to the dispute process above. ko155's server logs and game records are the definitive evidence in any bet-settlement dispute.

ko155 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published at ko155.club/terms-conditions and will carry the date of the most recent revision at the top of the document.

• Material changes to these Terms & Conditions will be communicated to Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before they take effect.
• Continued use of the ko155 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using ko155 and may request Account closure by contacting support.
